Kenny Kim represented my wife and me in both the sale and purchase of our new home. I cannot say enough positive things about Kenny and the rest of his team. The home we sold was not an easy one to sell. It was on a busy street, close to train tracks, car wash was not an ideal location. Despite this, he was able to sell the home for a record price in record time sold 2 days on market. He suggested and help find and supervised contractors to improve the home and increase value. Kenny knew we were homeless after the sale of our home and worked hard to find our new home. We looked at about 25 homes in the span of 2 weeks and found one we wanted. Kenny was able to negotiate and win the bid for the home over a couple of other bidders. He also saved us $10,000 in the price. He wisely offered the seller less than what we wanted to pay but still won the bid. Kenny and his assistant Aiden are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, organized, accessible, responsive, and attentive to small details. Through this extremely stressful time, Kenny was always on our side and looked out for our interests. I don't have to write this review, but my wife and I feel so fortunate to have met and have had Kenny on our side during this process. There are many Realtors® and brokers out there. Many are less than honest and work mainly for their own interests and commissions. We have in the past worked with some of these individuals. If you are looking for a Realtor®, you will not find anyone who will represent you and your interests.

They have a very organized team that knows what they are doing. Professional, organized, detail-oriented, well planned, quick and had great communications. Guided me through the entire process of selling a house from the beginning to the end. Even set up the appointments for cleaning or carpet cleaning and staging in a very organized timely manner. Sold the house for more than expected just a few days after listing. Definitely will work with them again in the future.

My husband and I are first-time home buyers and we couldn't think without Jun, since he was really supportive, dedicated, and knowledgeable about the current Bay Area housing market. He was not pushy at all so we have enough time to find the home we exactly wished for. Real professional. Help to sell our house in 2 weeks and found us good price house. Made a perfect "selling and buying" transition timing as well. Don't know when he will be my next mortgage agent again.
