Aaron Yang is a second-generation realtor originally from Seattle who relocated to South Bay six years ago. Despite not knowing anyone in the area when he first arrived, Aaron is proud of how quickly he's acclimated to his new California lifestyle and is happy to be part of the community. He thrives in the Bay Area's diverse environment with its vibrant culture and fast-paced way of life.
Real estate always felt like a natural fit for Aaron's driven and attentive countenance. After some encouragement from his mentor and mother, he finally took the leap in 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was getting underway. What might have seemed like an insurmountable challenge to some only motivated Aaron to work harder.
The pandemic caused a huge ripple effect across the housing market, with many people using that time to move away from big cities or put their homes up for sale. Aaron jumped into a fast-changing market at a volatile time and immediately adapted to the fluctuating circumstances, proving his natural talent, ambition, and dedication to the job. His areas of expertise are with first-time homebuyers, millennial buyers, and sellers.
Aaron's clients know him to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient professional who excels at explaining the process in an easy-to-understand format. No question is too insignificant. Aaron is always happy to listen to any of your concerns and ensure you comprehend every part of the process to make the most informed decisions.
He learned from the best growing up, as his mother received her realtor license in Washington state and taught him the tricks of the trade. Along with obtaining his bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University, his mother's teaching helped him receive several certifications to qualify him as an agent, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert from Real Estate Business Institute and Pricing Strategy Advisor from National Association of Realtors.
Aaron is a vocal advocate of physical fitness and loves to get involved in local youth sports. He's also an avid football fan—go Seahawks! When he's not working out or building PCs, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, including his fiancée, sister, niece, and two small dogs.
